even twice. I am a world famous chef known for cooking insects. Everyone in my restaurant
loves having them in many different ways and you should too. Insects have many
health benefits, you can also have them in many different ways and they are a
tasty treat.
Did you know insects are low in fat and rich
in vitamins? These healthy and tasty bugs are very high in protein to keep your
body in shape while feeling great. This is why they are good to add to your
diet. Everyone must try insects because they have so many health benefits and
you can have them in many different ways too.
If you’re not sure about eating them, then
start being creative. Tell me how would you like your bugs, marinated, stewed,
roasted, B.B.Q, fried or even can have it candied. If you’re still not sure
about eating bugs then try huhu grubs because they taste exactly like peanut butter.
It is amazing how many ways bugs can become a healthy tasty treat.

I think bugs are a tasty treat because they
