right, insects. I am a chef famous for cooking insects in meals, and I think
you should start to include insects in your diet because they are a tasty treat,
they are the low in fat healthy option and there are famous recipes from all
around the world that include insects.

weevils. You should begin to cook with insects because they are quite a
delicious snack instead of biscuits and crackers. You can cook insects many ways,
like you can get them caramelised, fried, marinated, stewed, roasted, even
barbequed! Insects are the guilt free way of eating.
Insects are a very good snack if you are on a diet or want to
eat healthier. Many insects are low in fat and very rich in vitamins. They are
a nutritious, healthy, energy building food that is cheap and easily
accessible. In some countries you can buy insects in supermarkets, like in
France. You can get insects from all over the world.
How do you explore the world in just your kitchen? By cooking
with insects of course! Insects are eaten all around the world, in some
countries insects are a delicacy, like fried tarantulas in Indonesia. Some
countries are well known for their insects, like France for their snails,
Mexico for their French fried caterpillars and Thailand for their fried bugs.
There are recipes from all over the world that have bugs in them, like ant
sorbet and beetle pasta.
As you can see there are many reasons of why you must cook
with insects, not only do they taste incredible but they are also one of the
healthiest ways of eating. Also every mouthful of this delectable food, you are
experiencing cuisine from countries all around the world. I strongly believe
that all people must include insects to their daily diet.
